The Executive Torsion-Flex pin box replaces your Lippert Rhino box and connects straight to your 5th wheel hitch, but adds an internal suspension system that really makes a difference. You get less jarring on bridge seam and bad roads, and a smoother ride through it all. In addition, the heavy-duty, powder-coated steel is built for big loads and long-term use, so you can count on it for the long haul.

Less Bounce, Less Chucking, More Comfort

Inside, rubber cords and pivot bars absorb the up-and-down bounce and fore-and-aft jerks that tire you out and can rattle your trailer. You don't have to mess with airbags or constant checks. Just hitch up and go, knowing your setup is working to keep things comfortable for every mile.

Installs with Your Existing Hardware

Swapping pin boxes is heavy work - this one weighs in at 186 lbs, so you'll want a second set of hands or some lifting gear to help out. This box bolts up using your original hardware for a secure fit. If your bolts are rusty or worn, it's a good idea to replace them (GY86FR hardware kit sold separately).

What to Know About Fitment

This unit is designed for Brinkley RVs with a Lippert Rhino box. Make sure your pin weight is between 4,500 and 6,500 lbs to get the full shock-absorbing benefits. Because the Executive is shorter than some pin boxes, you may see less clearance during tight turns. If you need more space, try raising your 5th wheel hitch head to a higher mounting point on the legs. When in doubt, double-check your measurements to ensure you have adequate clearance between your bed rails and pin box.
